BLT Salad

Ingredients:

1 head of chopped lettuce
2 tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
7 slices bacon, crumbled
1/4 cucumber, diced
1/2 avocado, diced - save 4 slices
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Dash of ground pepper
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
1. Combine mayo, garlic powder, milk, pepper, and a few crumbles bacon
and blend. Add enough milk to ensure a dressing consistency.
2. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, bacon, and diced
avocado on a plate. Top each plate with 2 slices of avocado. Pour
dressing and serve!
